Microsoft® XP® Mail Tutorial
Microsoft Outlook® XP may be configured to retrieve your e-mail messages from your e-mail account at your domain name. Once Outlook® is configured for your DreamWorx Hosting e-mail account, you can send and receive e-mail using this program, as well as set up processing rules and organize your e-mail messages on your desktop.

The following outlines a basic procedure to perform this configuration and assumes you have set your name servers for your domain name to ns.dreamworxhosting.net and ns2.dreamworxhosting.net. If you have not set your name servers then use mx.dreamworxhosting.com as your POP server setting.

1. Launch the Outlook® XP program

2. Select Tools-->Email Accounts from the menu bar
This should bring you to the screen labeled Internet Accounts where there may already be accounts listed under the Mail tab.

3. Click Add a new e-mail account and click on Next.

4. Select POP3 and click on Next.

5. Type in all fields as shown. Replace domainname.com with your full domain name.

6. Click on Finish

.

You are now finished with youre configuration!
If, for any reason, you are unsuccessful retrieving e-mail when clicking on Send/Receive, please double check your settings as the problem most likely lies in using a misspelled username and password or an incorrect incoming mail server setting. You can also confirm your email password through our web mail interface at http://webmail.yourdomainname.com.
